Arctic Cooling Accelero XTREME 4870X2 VGA Cooler

At first I want to thank Arctic Cooling for providing me the Accelero XTREME 4870X2 VGA cooler for testing and reviewing.

The card with the best performance from AMD from the previous generation, the ATI RADEON 4870X2 has a very noisy stock cooling cooling system. Surprisingly, not a lot of custom VGA coolers appeared for it. Arctic Cooling thought a lot of us, the 4870X2 users and released the Accelero XTREME 4870X2 after a very big delay. Will this custom cooling be as great as it says on the package? We will see later in this review.

ARCTIC COOLING GmbH was founded in 2001. The initial start-up with a registered share capital of 20´000 CHF began with sales in Switzerland and Germany. In May 2003 ARCTIC COOLING GmbH transformed from a limited liability Company (GmbH) into a corporation company (ARCTIC COOLING Switzerland AG) with a registered share capital of 100´000 CHF.

ARCTIC COOLING (HK) Ltd. was founded in 2002 to be close to the mainland manufacturing facilities.
